Personal Training rates are as follows:

One-on-one (1:1) personal training = $100/hr
Two-on-one (2:1) personal training = $150/hr ($75/hr per person)
Three-on-one (3:1) personal training = $180/hr ($60/hr per person)
Four-on-one (4:1) personal training = $200/hr ($50/hr per person)
6 Intro Sessions = $399

* 15% off for purchase of 12 session private training package.

Month to month:

Unlimited group sessions = $249/month
3 days/week = $229/month
2 days/week = $159/month

Monthly Rates with 3-month contract (10% off)

Unlimited group sessions = $224/month
3 days/week = $206/month
2 days/week = $143/month

Monthly Rates with 6-month contract (15% off)

Unlimited group sessions = $212/month
3 days/week = $195/month

Monthly Rates with 12-month contract (20% off)

Prior to being able to participate in any of the classes, new CrossFitters must complete at least 6 sessions of one-on-one personal training at a discounted rate, or take part in one of the On-Ramp Classes that are offered periodically throughout the year. The purpose of these sessions is to teach the bevy of moves that we employ in our training, to introduce new trainees to our style of workouts, and to discuss individual training goals.

The set of six, one-on-one sessions is known as our New CrossFitter Package and costs $399. On-Ramp classes last one month, include 12 classes, and cost $199.

There are no mandatory memberships, hidden costs, huge up-front administrative fees, or deposits.  We want you to return because you want to, not because you have to.

Workout of the Day

September 9, 2010

As a 2-person team, complete 4 rounds each of the following:

Run 400m
2 Rope Climbs
15 KB or DB Swings @ 53#/35#

One person goes out on the run while the other person rests.  Once that person is back from the run, the person who was resting takes off on the run.  While the second person is out on the run, the first person (who just came in from the run) completes the rope climb/kb swing couplet.  Rest time happens when you're finished with your rope climbs and kb swings and your partner is still out on the run.

The workout is finished when both people have completed 4 rounds of 400m runs, 2 rope climbs, and 15 kb swings.
