Women Only Class
We posted the video above on our CFO Facebook page already, but we thought we'd post it here as well, since Wednesday is the start of our Women Only class. The class will run every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10am. This will be the ideal class for those of you looking for a group exercise class catered specifically to women and their training and nutritional needs.
Prather Ranch Reminder
Just a quick reminder that 18 boxes of Prather Ranch meat will be delivered to CFO this Wednesday, September 8 at 6pm. We need your money by tomorrow (Tuesday, September 7) to secure the order. All forms of payment (cash, check payable to CFO, or credit card) are accepted. The cost is $240 for a 40-lb box of organic, grass-fed beef.
Final Headcount for Tough Mudder
I need an iron-clad, final, final headcount for the Tough Mudder run on October 9/10 (it will be one of those two days). I want to register our team(s) by Wednesday, September 8. We can have teams of 6-10 people, or 11+ people. It would be great to get a couple of teams going.

Brian C - I would still like to split the box with you, but Melissa is going to split my half - we will each get 10lbs.
I will be making a $60 online payment today (not coming in). Melissa, if you could pay your $60, and Brian can pay his $120 - then we're all set. Phew.
I'll cover whole payment today. We'll figure things out once you get better.
Is anyone from CFO participating in the Weekend Warrior Series competitions? Are there any other local competitions in the offing?
I placed an order for 1.5 boxes of meat, but am happy to give up the 1/2 box in case someone missed out on the original order. I'm not sure whom I am sharing with, but let me know if anyone is interested.

Candace - I'm not sure if we were already splitting the box (?), but you are more than welcome to my half. If not, Mike said he was maintaining the master list.
TomC, and anyone else who cares, we do have a team going to CF One World at 33415 Western Ave Union city, CA 94587 this Sat at 11 am. Feel free to come down and document our pain and bring as many people as you wish! It's going to be a short metcon wod so we'll probably be out of there by 1:00 but Everyone is Welcome! Competitions are always a lot of fun and we can't get enough of them. Also, if you're new to CFO, it may be fun to check out what the competitions are like outside of the CFO "POD competitions."

I am glad we've got a team going down there. I will endeavor to go as well so that I can take some photos.
