Tomorrow we'll be doing a workout known as the Bear.  Although I did my best to describe the workout, a video tutorial will likely be more helpful.  Here's a classic CFHQ video from YouTube, with local favorites Freddy C and Jolie doing the Bear.

BRING IT!

Stan needs a home. It's time that we bring Stan to CFO for the purpose of increasing everyone's fitness. If we get him in the running pose, he might just fit in the back of the gym.

Holy F! We can even lease him!

Crazy isn't it? The Black Hills Institute is doing what they can to make sure that people who want their very own T. Rex replica can have one. Stan is bargain when you consider the direct benefit he will provide to CFO's training regime. I can't wait.
