Thanks to all who showed up today for our Community Day workout.  What a great way to start off 2010!  Fortunately, the workout was a little crisper than the photo we took afterward.

WE WILL BE LIFTING FROM 1:30 TO 3:30 P.M ON SUNDAY    THIS SESSION IS OPEN TO ALL WHO HAVE TAKEN A CLINIC OR WEIGHTLIFTING SESSION FROM ME. 

Looks like a fun bunch.  Having a "community lift" session is a great idea and a great way to keep everyone motivated.  Weight lifting is usually a solitary event.
