Well, looks like it's official: we're moving!
We don't have an exact move date yet, but we just signed the new lease papers for a 5,500 sq ft warehouse that will soon become the new home of CFO. To say it's a bit larger than our current space (our current training floor is 2,000 sq ft) would be an understatement!
We can't wait to take our training space to the next level. We're well aware of how difficult it can be to navigate through the gym on those crowded evenings and weekends. We want to configure the space in a way that will be pleasing to all.

Awesome. I was worried it was going to be a lot further from my house, but it's the same distance...pretty much exactly a mile.

How about 500 pounds of weights loaded in your vehicle and devilered to the new location, time stops when all the weights are unloaded at the new location. Hope to see you all this weekend and and proud to be a part of CFO.

I just thought of an idea for a CFO wall mural. The Sistine Chapel's "Creation of Man/Adam" and Adam is wearing a Crossfit t-shirt. Still no pants, of course. Maybe a fig leaf.
Since it was probably hard work getting created Adam probably engaged in PSR. So Adam should not be wearing a shirt, just a CF tatoo and we all know who the model should be. We have lots of photos to work from.
Also, I believe the whole world is Audge's "very own hollow rock room" and, no, she can't get any sexier.
Sally can get sexier, however, by engaging in a little MORE FREQUENT PSR. My printout of the photo taken of her sans shirt at last years' games is getting tattered.
Also, powerlifters suck.
Mike, I blame the weather forecast on you. First it was the muscle-ups, now the rain. The Pennsylvanian in me is happy because rain is what happens every 5 days back east. However, my camera is not from PA. Fortunately, things look okay for Saturday. Sunday might be a bit wetter during the competition.
WTF??? Did you think I wouldn't see this??? I may not be as big as 5741 DOYLE st. but I'm not stupid! I know how to use the INTERNET. We are going to have a friggin' serious talk when you get back from the qualifiers.
