What the heck are you talking about?
I'm thinking about checking out Ironman Sunday evening over at the Grand Lake Theater. It looks pretty cool and the reviews have been very positive.
My response to intensity and distress is to assume the fetal position and cry like a baby.

Brad,
clearly you had a deprived childhood! I'm buying you a marvel comic this week so that you can play too..

I grew up on the mean streets of Detroit. There are no "childhoods" in Detroit. Detroit is where childhoods go to die.
I spent my youth working in factories, manning a lathe or press, dodging forklifts. For fun we'd shoot rats with nails from pneumatic hammers.
Awwww, such sweet times.

Good book.
I grew up on the mean streets of Malvern, PA. There were many childhoods in Malvern. Malvern is where childhoods went give one another a high-five.
I spent my youth riding my bicycle, growing tomatoes, and dodging bumblebees. For fun, I'd play fetch with my dog, or spend the evenings playing capture the flag with my friends.
I later went on to become a temporary member of NWA. I penned a tune called Straight Outta Malvern which they then stole, made a few changes to, and released as part of an album with a very similar name. It was wildly successful, but I was uncredited on the album and I left shortly thereafter to finish up 5th grade. Needless to say, I was unhappy with my first foray into the music business.
Tom-
I freakin love that story. "growing tomatoes, and dodging bumblebees" Genius!!

I see that you spent your childhood doing burpees. Good God man....
My response to adversity and stress is a week-long case of rhabdo.
We saw it last night. It was totally worth usurping my few hours of quiet time on my only freaking day off after 7 days of work. I'm such a baby. Really, though, I totally loved it and look forward to the next one - they so set it up for a sequel.
that movie was awesome.
