From a running start I used to be able to jump 30in but that was 10lbs ago :) Hard to tell @ CFO when you are jumping into a wall. I can still grab the rim on a bball court but that would also require me limping for a month...I hate getting old!

where did you find that video of me dunking?

After todays workout my vertical jump is about 3 inches. yikes.

There's that one shot, of the guy in profile, I swear, it does look like you.

my vertical - not enough to grab the bar with two hands to go straight into a pull-up. That's another of my goals.

I just missed my flight to mexico b/c I forgot my passport of all things. I had to drop another GEEEE on a new flight. I am not ballin'. So speaking of jumping, I was researching the best place to jump off the GG Bridge and came across this. Good jumping stuff!

yeah...those dunks are cool and all but lets not forget about my boy...
